Description
The recording is made quite special by the double-tracked guitar in that one track is a recording of the amp with quite a bit of chorus, which seems rare today, and the other guitar track is solely of the strings being fingered on a hollow-body Epiphone. The song itself is quite typical of Memphis Pencils in that it uses subtle changes in time signature, combining complex rhythms with quite memorable melodies while maintaining a heavier rock feel than most of the band's songs.
